We only accept Visa and Mastercard payments handled through our secure server. And, we destroy your credit card number after 30 days (which coincides with our warranty period, see below).

WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.. even for Hawaii and Alaska and those hard-to-get-to places in the Northern Territories..

Unless otherwise specified, most of our shipments go USPS and typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days in the US and 4 to 6 business days in Canada. If you place your order before 3PM Pacific Standard Time we try really hard to get them out same day. Currently we do not accept on-line orders anywhere outside the United States and Canada.

Return Policy

Don't like? Then just send it back but please do so within 30 days of purchase. And please send it back in as nice a condition as possible with the original receipt. However, before you send us anything, please email info@kaponga.com for a return authorization code (so we know who you are). You get your money back on the same credit card used for purchase.
